1. You are always talking to an AI

Every conversation on this platform, whether chat, voice or video, is with an AI avatar, never with the real player. This is disclosed persistently on every interaction surface and can never be hidden or disabled. Avatars only answer with content the club has approved: your question is matched against the player's approved answers, and if no approved answer fits, the avatar says so instead of inventing one. Questions without an approved answer are passed to the club's editorial team so answers can be added over time. This transparency is a core commitment under the EU AI Act, and a design principle we would keep regardless.

2. What we store

Your account details (first and last name, email, hashed password), your acceptance of these terms and of the AI acknowledgement (with date and wording version), your preferences (language, followed players, notification settings), your conversation history and call metadata (duration, format, rating), the questions you ask the avatars (with the retrieval result, for quality control and the editorial review of unanswered questions), usage counters for your plan, and purchase records.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not use your conversations to impersonate you, and avatar training data comes from the players and clubs under contract, not from fan conversations. Voice input in the production product is processed for transcription only.

4. Your GDPR rights

You can export everything MIMIC stores about you (Profile, Settings, Export my data) and delete your account permanently in the same place. Deletion removes your profile, conversations, achievements and activity immediately. These flows are functional in this demo. Try them.

5. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie (HTTP-only, SameSite) to keep you signed in, a cookie for your language choice, plus optional anonymous analytics if you consent via the cookie banner. There is no cross-site tracking of any kind.

6. Children and guardrails

Avatars stay within club-approved content: careers, game day, mindset, their sport. Politics, medical or financial advice, gambling, transfer speculation and private-life questions have no approved answer, so the avatar declines instead of improvising. Guardrails are enforced server-side and audited per club.
